  • Your models are yoursModels are built on your data for your customers, and are specific to you.
  • Versioned and traceableEvery model and feature has a version, and each recommendation shows its reason and the data it came from.

  • Human approvalNo model reaches production until a person promotes it. Your team decides every contact.

FAQ

Do you have ISAE 3402 or ISAE 3000 reports?
We have engaged Cedra (formerly InfoRevision) to prepare an ISAE 3402 Type 1 report on our general IT controls and an ISAE 3000 Type 1 report on our controls as a data processor. We expect both to be issued by the end of 2026, subject to completion of the auditor’s assessment. They have not been issued yet.
Do we have to move our data to Predicti?
No. Predicti sits on top of your existing data platform and systems. We agree the data access needed for one use case before anything starts.
Which data do you use about our customers?
Your own customer history, plus optional, authorised context such as Danish life-event data where it is suitable and permitted for the agreed use case.
Who decides what happens with a recommendation?
Your team. Predicti suggests who to contact and why; a person decides whether and how to act. Models only go live when a person promotes them.
What happens to our data when we stop?
Your data is returned or deleted at the end of the contract, as set out in the data processing agreement.

ForsiaTjek: a digital insurance experience

How Forsia Forsikring used Predicti to build a 100% digital solution for personalised insurance recommendations.

See how it could work for you
“Our collaboration with Predicti has let us take a big step towards a more customer-focused and digital insurance experience. Together we created ForsiaTjek – a solution that gives personalised recommendations, lets customers adjust their insurance and gives digital access to everything in an easy, user-friendly way.”
Claus DamSales and IT Director, Forsia Forsikring

Insurance reinvented with data-driven personalisation

Together with Forsia Forsikring, Predicti developed ForsiaTjek: a 100% digital solution that gives both new and existing customers insurance recommendations, making it easy to make the right decisions. Customers can also adjust their insurance digitally. ForsiaTjek shows how future insurance solutions can be flexible, modern and designed around the customer.

How does ForsiaTjek work?

ForsiaTjek is powered by Predicti’s Intelligence and Data products, which use advanced machine learning to deliver personalised insurance recommendations.

Existing customers

Get insurance recommendations within seconds that help them find the right cover. They can easily add, edit or remove cover – all digitally and without contacting customer service.

New customers

Can log in and get personalised recommendations without entering lots of personal details. With the customer’s consent, ForsiaTjek uses data to generate relevant recommendations.

ForsiaTjek is especially valuable around major life events such as moving or buying a home, when insurance needs often change.

Benefits for customers

  • Fast, digital access to personalised insurance recommendations based on individual needs.
  • The option to adjust their own insurance.
  • A flexible, user-friendly and digital experience.

A step towards the future of insurance

ForsiaTjek simplifies the insurance process and gives customers full control of their insurance. The collaboration with Forsia Forsikring has created one of the first solutions on the Danish insurance market to show the future of digital insurance experiences, and how data and technology can make insurance flexible, relevant and user-friendly.
